Joe is the Founder, Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the City of Stoke-on-Trent Symphony Orchestra, Stoke-on-Trent’s only resident professional orchestra. With the CSSO, Joe delivers concerts and presents school workshops and relaxed performances.
