It has always been an absolute pleasure to work with Joe. He always arrives fully prepared, and is great at putting people at ease so rehearsals feel relaxed and fun. At the same time he is very focused and incredibly musical. Joe seems to know just how to motivate and inspire us so we up our game and pull it out of the bag every time!”
